You can return full-priced items up to 30 days from the delivery date. Discounted items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please note that our returns warehouse will be closed from 24 December to 5 January. Any returns received during this time will be processed from 6 January onwards. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unworn (or they have only been tried on for fitting indoors), with the original labels, undamaged, clean, and in the original condition and original sales packaging.
Mammut reserves the right to refuse processing of returned items that do not comply with these conditions.

We will process a refund for the returned items after they are delivered to our warehouse and processed accordingly.
The refund will be paid out using the same payment method which you used for the payment of the order that you are returning.
