Once we receive your request, we will need a few days to give you a first evaluation* of your claimed product. Once we determine if it is within warranty or not, and if it can be repaired, we will contact you with the most suitable solution.
*Please take into account that any decision on repairability or warranty status made before the item has been physically examined by our team is only orientative and can be revoked at any time.
You can expect an estimated processing time of around 2-3 weeks from the moment that your item arrives to our repair center, to the moment we ship it back to you.
If your item is not repairable, the same processing time applies from the moment that your item arrives to our repair center to the moment that we issue your refund or ship a replacement.
Please be aware that this time estimation can depend on your claim and the type of repair or final solution provided.
Please take into account possible longer processing times during our high-season (October-April).
