Orders are generally dispatched from Germany within 2 working days (Mon-Fri).

Exceptionally, depending on the volume of orders we receive, it might take slightly longer. If that is the case and your order needs more time to be dispatched, we ask you for patience. We will also inform you via Email of the delay.

Once we dispatch your order, depending on the delivery country, the delivery lead time afther shipment is generally 3-5 business days. (You can find more detailed incormation here).

When your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation including a tracking number.

If you cannot track your parcel with the tracking number provided, please try again after a few hours as the carrier needs time to activate it. If you still cannot track the parcel, please contact our Customer Service.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation and you have not received any delay notifications, we ask you to please give us up to 4 working days since you placed the order.
If after that time you still have no updates, please contact our Customer Service.
