Orders in Europe* are generally dispatched from Germany within 2 working days (Mon-Fri).

* US orders are shipped from within the US.

Depending on the delivery country the delivery lead time is generally 3-5 business days for continental Europe, and 8-10 days to the UK. You will receive a dispatch confirmation including a tracking number as soon as we have transferred the order to our logistics partner. Our international logistics partner is DHL and its local partners (see table below).
