What steps do you need to follow?
1. 📝 Please fill in the returns slip with your reason for returning an item, this is provided in your received parcel.
2. 📦 Pack the items in their original, unused condition. Good to know: You can use the same packaging in which you received your order.
3. 📃 Use the prepaid return label you received with your parcel. If you cannot find it or we forgot to include it, please contact our Customer Service to request one.
4. 📃📦 Affix the return label to your parcel.
5. 🏤 Drop it off at your nearest Post Office or carrier drop-off point.
All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
We can refund the purchase price only for unworn products in their original packaging.
Due to a high volume of returns and the holiday period, the processing of returns may currently take longer than usual.
All returns are handled in order of arrival, and processing will resume from January 2nd.

*Please note:
- The return label is only valid for your current Mammut return.
- With Klarna payment, please check the payment terms of Klarna as you may have to return it within a certain period.
- If the items were purchased at a retail store (not directly on mammut.com), please return them at the same retail store or contact the store directly for further return information.
