You can return full-priced items up to 30 days from the delivery date. Discounted items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

Due to a high volume of returns and the holiday period, the processing of returns may currently take longer than usual.
All returns are handled in order of arrival, and processing will resume from January 2nd.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unworn (or they have only been tried on for fitting indoors), with the original labels, undamaged, clean, and in the original condition and original sales packaging.
Mammut reserves the right to refuse processing of returned items that do not comply with these conditions.

Regular return shipping costs are covered by Mammut. We included a free return label with your order. If you have not received one, please contact Customer Service 🔗.

We will process a refund for the returned items after they are delivered to our warehouse and processed accordingly.
The refund will be paid out using the same payment method which you used for the payment of the order that you are returning.
