The delivery address can be different from the billing address.

At the check-out page, in the second step with "Your Details", please untick the box dedicated "Delivery Address same as Billing Address". After unticking the box, the billing address section will appear.

Shipping to post office boxes, APOs/ DPOs/ FPOs and outside the 50 states (i.e. Virgin Islands) is not available.
