When your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation including a tracking number.
If you cannot track your parcel with the tracking number provided, please try again after a few hours as the carrier needs time to activate it. If you still cannot track the parcel, please contact our Customer Service.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation and you have not received any delay notifications, we ask you to please give us up to 4 working days since you placed the order.
If after that time you still have no updates, please contact our Customer Service.
