You will receive your loyalty vouchers when you reach a new loyalty level.

Please note that you will only get one loyalty voucher for every level milestone per year. If you are downgraded due to points adjustments, you will keep your loyalty voucher, but you will not receive another voucher for the same loyalty level within 12 months.
