We recommend a service check for your barryvox every 3 years.
We encourage you to check your device at the end of the snow season and to send it to us for servicing or repair during our low-season (May to August).
This way we can ensure that you have a ready-to-go Barryvox once the snow season starts again.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Once the Barryvox arrives to the UK address that we will provide you with, it will be forwarded to our German Basecamp service center for detailed inspection and repair/servicing.
The total processing time currently takes approximately 6-7 weeks.
Service checks and repairs within the 5-year warranty of registered devices are free of charge.
Any checks and repairs outside of the warranty are charged at a fee of 35.- GBP excluding shipping costs.
