Is your cartridge empty?

You can request an exchange for a full cartridge at one of our stores or through our Warranty & Repair form.

How to start the process:

  • Complete the Warranty & Repair online form with the required details. No proof of purchase or cartridge photo is needed.
  • We will contact you to confirm the exchange and provide instructions for returning your empty cartridge.

Important information:

  • We only exchange Mammut cartridges; other brands are not accepted.
  • Cartridges without a pressure gauge (Carbon Cartridge 300 bar and Steel Cartridge 300 bar) can be exchanged free of charge.
  • Cartridges with a pressure gauge (Refillable Cartridge 207 Bar Alu) can be refilled for 30 £.
  • We no longer service cartridges for Removable Airbag Systems (R.A.S.) 1.0 and 2.0.
  • Shipping costs for all exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. An invoice will be included with your new cartridge(s).

Processing time:

During the high season (October–April), the process may take up to 4 weeks from the time we receive your cartridge(s).
