Did your cartridge run out? You can request an exchange for a full cartridge in our Stores or via our Warranty and Repair form.
To start the process:
- Go to our Warranty & Repair online form and fill out all the details requested.
- We will get back to you to confirm the exchange, the possible costs, and with the instructions for the return of your empty cartridge.
Cartridges without pressure gauge (small) can be exchanged for free.
Cartridges with pressure gauge (big) can be exchanged at a fee.
For all cartridge exchanges, the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. (you will receive an invoice with your new cartridges).
During the high-season (October-April), the process can take up to 4 weeks from the moment we receive your cartridges.
