After placing your order, an order confirmation with the order number will appear on your page. You will receive two emails.

• An email with order confirmation will be sent to you within one hour normally, please check your junk or spam folder also. If you don't receive it after more than one hour , please contact our Customer Service team via chat, phone or email.
• An email with the tracking number will be sent after your order is dispatched (usually within 2 working days). Sometimes the shipping confirmation can take a few days if our order volumes are unexpectedly high. In that case we will inform you that your order is taking a bit longer to be processed. Please check with our Customer Service team if you have not heard from us more than 4 working days after placing your order.
