Points expire 365 days after the date they are earned. However, once you reach a new level, you will maintain that status for 12 months. Even if some of your points expire during that period, you will not be downgraded. Every 12 months, we will recalculate your points to determine your level status. This means your level status is reassessed annually based on the points you have at that time.
