The purchase price will be refunded only for unworn/unused items (other than the usual trying on) in their original packaging.
Refunds are made after returned goods have been received and checked and are paid to the credit card or account used to pay for the order. You will receive an email informing you when the credit has been issued. It is possible that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.
If the refund amount is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team via chat, phone or email, we will resolve the matter as a priority.
Credit cards: Refunds are paid to the credit card used to pay for the order. This also applies to bank accounts and credit cards. Please ensure this card is valid at the time of your returns.
If your card has been blocked or expired, then the amount will be automatically forwarded by your card issuer to the reference account which you have deposited. Please contact your card issuer for more details.
PayPal: The refund will be made to the PayPal account used to make the payment after receipt and checking of the returned goods.
Klarna (Pay by invoice): If you only want to keep part of your order and return the other items, you will only pay for what you keep. After the credit note is processed, you will receive updated payment information from Klarna. If you have already transferred the full amount, Klarna will refund the excess amount to the same account. It may take five to seven business days for Klarna to process this information. Depending on Klarna's policy at that time, it may take less or more time.
TWINT: After the credit has been processed, we will refund the amount to your TWINT account. To receive the refund, please make sure that the limit on your TWINT account is higher than the amount of your order.
iDEAL: After the credit note is processed, we will refund the amount to your iDEAL account; however in order to receive the refund, please make sure that the limit on your iDEAL account is higher than the purchase amount.
