Yes, returns will always deduct from your points balance, and your loyalty level status will be downgraded if applicable.
- If a purchase is fully refunded, the corresponding points will not be added to the account.
- If a partial return is made, the number of points deducted will be proportional to the value of the returned products.
- If you have received a loyalty voucher for the upgrade, you can still keep and use it.
Please note that members are only eligible for a loyalty voucher once for every level milestone per year. Therefore, if you upgrade to that level again within 12 months, you will not receive the loyalty voucher again.
