We recommend a service check for your barryvox every 3 years.

We encourage you to check your device at the end of the snow season and to send it to us for servicing or repair during our low-season (May to August).
This way we can ensure that you have a ready-to-go Barryvox once the snow season starts again.

In any of these cases (service check, repair or issues with firmware or software updates) please reach out by filling out our Warranty & Repair form online.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

The processing time currently takes approximately 4 weeks once the device has been delivered to us. We will notify you when the device has arrived to our facilities and send you other status updates.

Service checks and repairs within the 5-year warranty of registered devices are free of charge.

Any checks and repairs outside of the warranty are charged at a fee of 35.- EUR excluding shipping costs.
