What steps do you need to follow?

1. 📝 Please fill in the returns slip with your reason for returning an item, this is provided in your received parcel.

2. 📦 Pack the items in their original, unused condition. Good to know: You can use the same packaging in which you received your order.

3. 🔗 To generate a free returns label please click the button below corresponding the country you are returning your order from, and you will be redirected to the site of our partner carrier.

4. 💻 Fill out the form with your current Mammut order number, your details and reason for return.

5.🖨 Create your label, print and affix it to your parcel.

6. 🏤 Drop it off at your nearest Post Office or carrier drop-off point.

All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

We can refund the purchase price only for unworn products in their original packaging.
