Unfortunately, it is not possible to change/add/remove an item or change the delivery address of an order once it has been placed.
- If the order has not yet been processed in logistics, it might be possible to cancel the entire order and reorder with the correct items/address. To know more about how your order will be refunded, please see more details in the Refunds section.
- If a cancellation was not possible, and after receiving an item you would like to exchange it, please return it and make a new order with your chosen item. Please see more information on returns and refunds here
